Terms & Conditions


All parcels must be checked at the time of delivery. Any damaged parcels received must be signed for as damaged, photographs should be taken of the damaged parcel to substantiate any claim. Any items damaged must be notified to us in writing with 7 days of the delivery.


In the unfortunate event that your parcel does not arrive after dispatch from us in the delivery time estimated above please contact as soon as possible and a replacement will be sent out.

All items must be returned within 7 days, refund will be on item price only, and no delivery will be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 7 day period.

A £2.50 re-packing charge will be required for any items returned without original packaging or tags.

All of our garments are scrutinized prior to dispatch but should be checked before use, we do not accept worn clothing back, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear.

Tights will not be accepted back for any reason unless unworn.

You must notify us within 7 days of any faulty goods.

For more information about your statutory rights, please visit the Department of Trade and Industry's Consumer Gateway website (www.consumerdirect.gov.uk). We will replace any damaged item that is not received by you in good condition all you have to do is take a picture of the goods and email us outlining the issue with the product. 

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in with packaging and tags, if they are not in the original conditions then the return will be refused and sent back to you. 

In the circumstance that your goods are faulty or damaged will provide an item in exchange for the damaged goods or a full refund on return of the item.

Please put a note in the package indicating what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

If you are asking for an exchange as the size you ordered does not fit, you will have to cover the postage costs for the replacement item(s). If you want a larger size that has a higher price you will have to cover the cost before the exchange is sent out. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a refund instead.

 For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or credit hats, wigs or underwear even if returned unworn. Tights may not be returned once opened unless they are faulty. CDs, DVDs are also non-returnable.


This service is for customers collecting orders from Stepping Out Dance School only.
